Having fun and learning should go hand in hand - but often they don’t. But, Young Enterprise offers you a chance to bring your individual talents into a team environment. Along with some of your classmates, you can create a business, develope products or services, make profits and compete against other schools in the local area - whilst, most importantly, having some fun.
You get to choose your business team, allocate responsibilities such as marketing, sales and finance to each member and then launch your business!

What is the deal?
You and your team have to set up and run your own company, over 6 months. You need to decide what you will make or what service you will deliver. You will need to decide how to make the business profitable. This means understanding your customers and their buying behaviour.
Who does what?
Your business will need a managing director, someone in charge of ICT, marketing and finance, plus key people in production/operations. You need to agree responsibilities and make sure you pull together as a team.
What do you get out of it?
